1. High-Precision 3-Axis Motion System
Precise Positioning: All XYZ axes are driven by high-precision servo/stepping motors and guided by linear guide rails, with a displacement resolution of up to 0.1μm and a repeat positioning accuracy of ≤2μm, ensuring zero error in test point positioning.
Flexible Stroke: The conventional XY stroke ranges from 50mm×50mm and can be customized and expanded to adapt to samples of different sizes; the Z-axis stroke is 210mm, meeting the testing requirements of high workpieces.
2. Full-Process Automatic Testing
One-Click Fully Automatic Operation: Support multiple testing modes such as fixed point, directional, edge scanning and gradient hardness. After inputting parameters, it automatically completes XYZ positioning, auto-focusing, automatic turret switching, automatic loading / dwell / unloading, automatic indentation measurement and data calculation, with no manual intervention required throughout the process.
Intelligent Path Planning: Presettable multi-point test sequences, supporting complex paths such as zigzag, linear and circular shapes, and automatically completing tests in sequence, suitable for the detection of large-area and multi-test-point samples.
Automatic Edge Recognition: Equipped with the automatic sample edge scanning function, it accurately locates the to-be-measured area, avoids invalid testing and improves the detection efficiency of irregularly shaped samples.
3. High-Precision Loading and Measurement System
HD Optical Imaging: Equipped with a high-magnification optical system (100×-400×) and HD camera, it automatically collects indentation images. The software automatically identifies the indentation diagonal with a measurement accuracy of 0.025μm, avoiding manual measurement errors.
Multi-Scale Compatibility: Support multiple hardness scales such as Vickers (HV) and Knoop (HK), and can automatically convert to Rockwell (HR), Brinell (HB) and tensile strength, meeting the testing requirements of different materials.
4. Intelligent Software and Data Management
Powerful Data Processing: Automatically store ≥100 sets of test data, support data statistics, GO / NG tolerance judgment, curve drawing (force curve, hardness gradient curve), and export reports in Excel, PDF and other formats.
