The Rockwell hardness tester with elevated test space and electric lifting is a special type designed for hardness testing of large-size, high, thick-walled and special-shaped heavy workpieces. It retains the testing precision and operational convenience of Rockwell hardness testers, and is suitable for on-site quality inspection of special workpieces such as mold blanks, large shafts, thick-walled pipe fittings and heavy mechanical structural parts, with five core advantages of large space, electrification, high rigidity, wide adaptability and easy operation.
Ultra-Large Test Space for Various Large-Size/Special-Shaped Heavy Workpieces
As the core design highlight, the equipment breaks the test space limitation of conventional Rockwell hardness testers, meets the testing needs of large-size workpieces in different industries, and can directly place workpieces for testing without cutting or clamping, avoiding workpiece damage and testing errors:
1.Core elevated parameters: The maximum distance from the table to the indenter of conventional Rockwell hardness testers is ≤200mm, while this model can be customized with an ultra-large test height of 300~400mm, and the column opening distance is widened to 200~300mm synchronously. The vertical stroke of the indenter is adapted to the elevated design. Some heavy-duty models can also be equipped with a movable heavy-duty worktable with a load capacity increased to 50~200kg, easily placing overweight workpieces such as thick-walled pipes, large mold blanks and heavy shafts;
2.Customizable worktable: Standard equipped with a thickened cast iron electric lifting worktable, optional V-shaped worktable, circular rotating worktable and heavy-duty anti-slip worktable, which are respectively suitable for positioning and testing of large shafts, circular pipe fittings and heavy square parts, ensuring the stability of workpiece placement and avoiding precision errors caused by workpiece offset during testing.
